What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. VAT is included in all prices displayed (where relevant).
Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to amend or cancel it.

Shipping and Delivery

How fast do you dispatch orders?

We ship within 1–3 working days for in‑stock items. Custom orders (e.g. ring resizing, repair work) may take 7–14 working days—please check individual listings for specifics.
What are the delivery costs?

UK standard shipping is £10. We use tracked services Royal Mail Tracked 24h or Special Delivery), with international postage rates available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Please allow 10 working days for delivery within the UK. For international orders, expect longer—up to 7‑14 working days. If you don’t receive it in that time, contact us ASAP so we can investigate with the courier.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Absolutely—you have 14 days from delivery to notify us you wish to return. You then have 14 days to post it back.
Do I have to cover return postage?

Yes, we return items at cost to the customer, meaning you cover shipping unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake. This helps us run responsibly as a small business.
What condition must the item be in?

Returns must be unworn and in pristine condition, in the original packaging along with any accessories. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Do I get a full refund?

Yes—once the item arrives and passes inspection, we issue a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) via your original payment method within 5 working days. Please allow extra time for your bank to process it.
What if the item is faulty or not as described?

If there is an error on our part—wrong item, damage during shipping, etc.—contact us promptly. We’ll cover return shipping and either replace the item or arrange a full refund.

Special and Bespoke Items

Can you help me find a specific piece if it's not in stock?

Yes, we offer a personalised sourcing service for customers looking for a particular piece—whether it's a certain gemstone, setting, era, or style. Just send us the details of what you're after, and we'll do our best to find a match during our sourcing trips.
Please note: we charge a £200 non-refundable sourcing fee, which covers our time and expertise. This fee is deducted from the final purchase price if you decide to go ahead with a piece we find for you.
Can I return resized, special or bespoke items?
Unfortunately not, unless there’s a fault. Personalised or made‑to‑order pieces are not eligible for returns, in line with consumer regulations.

Repairs and Resizing

Can I have something resized or repaired?

Antique items may develop tarnish or patina over time—that’s part of their charm, not a fault. Store pieces in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to chemicals or extreme moisture.
